Calabrian sardella , also known as poor man's caviar, Calabrian caviar or rosamarina, is a sauce made with fish and spicy chili pepper. A seafood variant of the famous 'Nduja, the Calabrian spreadable salami known throughout the world for its unmistakable spicy flavor.

– Ingredients : icefish c. (neosalanx tt), sunflower seed oil, hot or sweet chilli pepper, salt, natural flavours. After opening, store in a cool place at a temperature between 0° and 4°, making sure the product is always covered in oil.
