Calabrian sardella, also known as poor man’s caviar, Calabrian caviar or rosamarina, is a sauce made with fish and hot chilli. It is a seafood counterpart to the famous ’nduja, the spreadable Calabrian cured meat known worldwide for its unmistakable spicy flavour.

Ingredients: fish, sunflower oil, hot or sweet chilli, salt, natural flavourings.

After opening, store in a cool place between 0° and 4°, ensuring the product is always covered with oil.
