Winemaking:crushing and destemming of the grapes, maceration for 3/4 days in steel winemakers, followed by soft pressing of the grapes and fermentation in steel tanks, all at a controlled temperature. Refinement:in oak barrels and finally in temperature-controlled steel tanks, followed by a month's rest in the bottle before being placed on the market. Color:intense red with garnet reflections.
Perfume:robust, intense, vinous, raspberries and cocoa.
